Paddy Delahunty spent more than 2 decades working in and running bars in Dublin city centre, most notably and recently his own place, UnderDog on Dame Street.
Paul Taggart has more than 20 years management experience of Stores, Stock, and Operations around large venues in the Capital such as Café En Seine, Clontarf Castle, and House Dublin.
Brendan Canavan has extensive nightclub and late-sales knowledge and was most recently responsible for Stock Management across a group of 3 pubs in the South West of Dublin.
Kelda Clermont has a deep knowledge and passion for Food and all its commercial aspects, coupled with long term Project Management experience.
